General Guidelines
- Classes will be held on Sundays between 11.30 AM-2.00 PM and Monday-Thursday during Asr to Maghrib or Maghrib to Isha according to daylight savings time
- There should be nominal fee for covering the operational expenses
- Fees are due on the first week of each month. Fees may be paid by check to HIjaz Foundation of America or by cash. In each mode of payment a receipt must be given
- All students are required to arrive 5 minutes prior to the beginning of class
- Parents are requested to pick and drop off their kids on prescribed timings
- Students should fill out application form
- On successful completion of the courses a certificate will be presented
- Absences will not be tolerated. In case of emergency of illness students must provide a letter with the appropriate reason for absence
- No more than 20 students will be allowed in any classes
- In some classes breaks will be given
- Shuttle service for students may be provided on reasonable charges
- Students must be modestly dressed
